When more than one tenant wants to sign a lease, we can supply you with a report that takes all concerned candidates into consideration. Every candidate must fill in and sign their own form. Check the “Yes” box on each form where the double inquiry is mentioned (Part A of the pre-rental form) and write down the other candidate’s name on both of their forms.

The procedure is the same for a guarantor / endorser; fill out the form with the person’s information but add the reference “Endorser” in any available empty space.

The endorser is responsible for the totality of the rent in the event of non-payment by the tenant until the end of the rental term. If the rental is renewed, the endorser is no longer liable unless the endorser has signed and therefore accepted that his commitment extends for the duration of the lease and its renewals.

Non-canadian candidates can be investigated if they’ve had a canadian address for at least six months which would provide enough pertinent information for a thorough investigation.

Every inquiry is started upon its reception. Cancellation fees are applicable.

A maximum of 48 hours is needed in order to maximize our chances of speaking directly with landlords and employers. If we reach them in less than 48 hours then reports are sent back earlier.
