For Fully Detailed Pre-Rental Inquiries 

Easy to use, time saving, and free of charge, the electronic signature really is for everyone. Here are two things you will need to get started:

1. A Password is required to ensure credibility before signing any document. Call 833-963-6363 at extension 0 or by e-mail at info@screeningexcellence.com to get it before filling out the form.

**Passwords will not change once they are set and are only for landlords. Potential tenants do not need one in order to sign a document**

2. The full name (first and last) and email of the potential tenant.

Here is how to do it :

Step 1

Start by choosing the form that fits your needs 

Step 2

List your billing information

Step 3

Fill in your potential tenant’s information (full name and email). Repeat this step with all of your potential tenants.

Step 4

Read the authorization text at the bottom of the form, add your initials on the line to that effect then sign the form electronically.

Final step

You will now be redirected to our online store where you can pay for the pre-rental inquiry you selected earlier in the process.

The potential tenant(s) will then fill in their missing information and sign the form electronically A copy of the completed form(s) will be sent to both parties involved (Pre-rental Screening Excellence inc and the Landlord). This is when the inquiry’s screening process will begin.

It is the landlord’s responsibility to make sure the tenant(s) properly fills in the form and to follow up with them to make sure it is sent.

With the payment done and the forms filed, you can soon expect a Pre-Rental report with an unsurpassed quality/price ratio in the province of Quebec.

Can a couple (or two roommates) be screened for the same living space?

We most certainly can screen two people at the same time for the same living space. Simply write « Yes » in the section of the form where it says Double Inquiry and write down the other potential tenant’s full name and email in the appropriate boxes.

NOTICE : Our forms are compatible with many different eSign tools as long as our clients read (and intialize) the authorization text in our forms  when they file for a pre-rental inquiry.
